In the last two years my work has moved from abstraction to figuration, studying light and form in space, which possibly reflects a need to find solace in order, amongst the chaos we find ourselves in.
Lizzie Hall graduated from the Printmedia and Drawing department at the Canberra School of Art in 2000. She has been a finalist in various prizes including the Brett Whiteley Travelling Art Scholarship, the Woollahra Small Sculpture Prize and the Konica Minolta Redlands Art Prize. She has exhibited around Australia, most recently participating in Contour 556. She lives and works in Braidwood, NSW.
